Shipping Info
We ship express via Couriers Please or Australia Post — so your cookies should land on your doorstep within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Once your order is out the door and in the hands of the courier, we're not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged parcels (we wish we could hand-deliver every cookie, truly).
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we can’t change it once it’s shipped!
For any delivery hiccups, we recommend contacting the courier directly with your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong address, or missed deliveries. All orders are final once placed.
If there’s an issue with your order (like the wrong cookies or something arrived looking not-so-sweet), please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll always do our best to make it right — just no crumbs, please.
