Do your cookies contain alergens?
We do bake some cookies with nuts, so there may be traces of nuts in our cookies. We also use dairy products in all of our cookies (mmmm butter).
If you have any concerns about your allergy and our cookies we suggest you read through the ingredients and consult in a health care professional if you are still unsure.
How soon will my cookies be shipped?
We want to make sure each order is as fresh as it can be, so we ship all of our online orders on Tuesday’s straight from the oven.
Can I fast track an order?
While we cant gurantee an expedited shipment of your order - reach out as we may just be able to get it out ahead of schedule for you.
What if I want to change my order?
All orders placed before 11:30pm on Mondays will be shipped the following Tuesday. If you do want to change your order, be sure to reach out before this cut off at hello@jellyjam.com.au or through our Contact Us page, and we will try our best to accomodate.
Whats the shelf life of your cookies?
These bad boys last for about 2 weeks (if kept in the heat sealed bag). If you have ordered too many (dont worry - I eat with my eyes too), you can freeze them for up to 4 weeks!

Please let us know if you have any issues with your order. We cant accomodate every situation but we will certainly try our best!
Whats your return/exchange policy?
As our goods are perishable, unfortunately, we dont offer refunds or exchanges. However if you are unsatisfied with your order, please let us know and we can see what we can do for you.
